Partner Yoga Workshop at Maximum Motion!

Practice yoga with a partner this Thursday, March 17th, 7:30-9pm at Maximum Motion Fitness!
Non-strenuous and fun, partner yoga is a great way to establish a stronger connection with a friend, husband, wife or significant other.  By breathing together, guiding and supporting one another we will embark on a creative and playful journey that will bring our focus into the present moment and allow trust and sensitivity to blossom.
Partner Yoga is also good for learning how to understand the basic Yoga Postures at a different level and can help you to progress your practice. We will begin with very simple variations and modifications for all levels will be given throughout the class. Bring a partner or just yourself.  Maybe you will make a new friend!
