Mana Wine Class: Discover the Wines of South America
Lourdes Arena of Madame Claude’s Wine & Cafe will lead an interactive and inspiring tasting-based class that will highlight terroir, typicity, and indigenous grape varieties from South America.
While learning about the abundance of wine growing regions and exceptional winemakers to choose from, participants will try 7 different expressions of these versatile, food-friendly wines accompanied by small plates prepared by Madame Claude’s Cafe.
