While going back to the gym or studio may look different this January than it did last year, keeping healthy is more important than ever. Hamilton Health & Fitness

Open since 2010, Hamilton Health & Fitness sits right off of Hamilton Park and is often referred to as the cleanest gym in Jersey City. The experience at the gym is spa-like and features fitness amenities including an indoor pool, free weights, cardio equipment, live stream yoga and pilates, personal training. Next Step Broadway

If you’re looking to build muscle, confidence, and coordination through dancing (ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, musical theatre, you know it) theatre, activating or gymnastics, check out this business. Next Step Broadway JC’s goal is to provide a place for all ages to experience the joy of expression through dancing, singing, and acting. Project Pilates

Pilates is an exercise that focuses on developing the balance, core strength and flexibility of the body. Project Pilates offers all different kinds of variations of the technique, including Cadillac, Reformers, Ladder Barrel, Wunda Chairs and Wall Mounted Towers and more.
