Swift & Co., the newest building development from SILVERMAN, is a nine story, mixed-use building, one block from the centerpiece of the historic district’s five acre Hamilton Park. Swift & Co. offers studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, many of which are outfitted with terraces and sweeping views. Apartment features include cove lighting, washer and dryer, walk-in closets and other special touches adding warmth and spaciousness.
