JERSEY CITY – Developers Eric and Paul Silverman gave The Jersey Journal an exclusive tour of Charles & Co., the seven-story, 99-unit Grove Street building that will start leasing next month. Named after the carpet and flooring place that used to call the site home, the Silvermans’ latest creation is located next to City Hall, and will house retail shops on the ground floor, office space on the second and residential units from floors two through seven.
