Anne Mosca has enjoyed a lifelong passion for real estate, starting with her childhood on Long Island during which she and her mother spent years exploring both the restored and abandoned Gold Coast Mansions of the Gilded Age. She is passionate about the preservation of historic architecture, and has owned and restored homes in both New York and New Jersey.
Anne has helped buyers and sellers in every neighborhood in Jersey City, including Bergen-Lafayette and Lincoln Park, two vibrant up-and-coming areas of town. She is dedicated to her clients, and strives to make each transaction as smooth as possible. As a relocation specialist, she has also helped renters from all over the world and the United States find the perfect home.
Anne is a former urban educator, and had a long career in New York City as a high school English teacher. As an animal lover, she is on the board of JerseyCats in Jersey City. In addition, she is a board member of the Fulbright Lifetime Achievement Awards, a participant in Principal for a Day in the Jersey City Public Schools, a member of the selection committee for the Imagine More Grant given by &Co, and a board member of the Jersey City Youth Foundation.
