Kristin J. DeAngelis has nearly 30 years of sales and marketing experience that now includes being a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with SILVERMAN in Jersey City.
Growing up in rural Connecticut and attending school in Rhode Island, Kristin grew up with a love for New England, and the history and traditions that define the coastline of the Northeast. She migrated down to the NYC Metro area from Boston to build upon her love of architecture and art.
After exploring various towns in New Jersey, in 2013, Kristin and her husband moved from their downtown Jersey City rental to their newly purchased home in Jersey City Heights. Kristin has not only bonded with her community, but submersed herself in all it has to offer – even being awarded a Proclamation from the Mayor of Jersey City!
In May 2017, Kristin became the art curator for the SILVERMAN buildings. She loved the vibrant community areas and wanted to expand her reach to help more people in different ways. She became a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson to assist artists in finding new homes which also allows her to introduce different audiences to art. Kristin’s goal is to empower her clients to be successful in their goals. SILVERMAN is a perfect place for her to do this!
Kristin is the founder of 107 Bowers Gallery & ArtSpace, a Deputy Director of 14C Art Fair, and an avid traveler.
