House being sold in “AS-IS” condition. Client confirms that an open permit remains in effect for the in-ground oil tank that was removed BUT the oil contaminationis present n the soil. Buyer will need to accept full and total responsibility for all related costs, including but not limited to the remediation of the oil, permits, COC and all other related fees and expenses. In addition the house and backyard are full of personal items that the buyer will own with the sale. Seller will not discount the sale price to offset the buyer’s cost.
