Maximum Motion Fitness has a new home in the Charles & Co. building at 262 Grove Street. Check out these exciting new classes they’ve added to their schedule!

Monday:        
12:15-1:00 pm            Gentle Yoga & Meditation with Suzan 
Perfect for those new to Yoga, seniors, or anyone with arthritis or other physical concerns who need more accessible poses and movement. Includes beginners’ breathwork and meditation.
12:15-1:00 pm            Step N’ Sculpt with Tricia
Join us for this fun cardio workout that will take you back to a time when step aerobics was all the rage!
Step aerobics is a choreographed routine of stepping up and down on a rectangular, square, or circular platform. Step aerobics helps burn calories and fat. It also helps to reduce stress, promote restful sleep, strengthen muscles and gives the body a more streamlined appearance. We will be using the step as a weight bench and light hand weights.
Great as a low-impact aerobics workout that is suitable for all ages.
Tuesday:    
 6:45-7:45pm The R.E.D. Warrior Workout with Khateeta  Emerson
A unique practice that fuses the mentality and movement of martial arts with the physicality of functional fitness.
Similar to the practice of martial arts and yoga, the movement does not change often, rather the participants understanding of the movement evolves.

7:00-8:00 am   Morning De-Stress with Suzan
Start your morning with an hour of meditative Yoga, breathwork, and stress-relieving meditation designed to keep you balanced and calm throughout your busy day!
6:30-7:30 pm Bootcamp with Mike
This class incorporates body weight, heavy and medium dumbbell exercises to target various muscle groups through-out the body to build strength and muscle endurance. Various methods of strength training, cardio, abs and steps may be used to intensity the exercise.
Thursday:     
7:00-8:00 am   Bootcamp with Mike
This class incorporates body weight, heavy and medium dumbbell exercises to target various muscle groups through-out the body to build strength and muscle endurance. Various methods of strength training, cardio, abs and steps may be used to intensity the exercise.
9:30-10:30 am             Pilates Mat I with Lauren
PILATES: A unique exercise system designed to articulate the spine and strengthen the “core” (abdominal and spinal musculature). Most exercises are done on the floor and some equipment may be used such as balls, bands, rollers and the “Magic Circle”. Some of the basic principles of Pilates are Proper breathing, precision of movement, and mental concentration.
12:15-1:00 pm            Body Sculpting
Helps tone and tighten the entire body and improve muscular endurance. Multiple repetitions of basic exercises will be performed for each muscle group. We will be using the step as a weight bench and light hand weights. Includes a brief cardio component and abs.
