Holistic Wellness Class for New Moms!
Hudson County Community College is offering a holistic wellness class for new moms called “But What About Me?”
The world seems to focus around your new baby. But, what about you? Find a spot to talk about your wellness, and perhaps discover holistic ways to deal with emotions and changes that mothering so joyfully brings.
This event is free to SILVERMAN residents (otherwise $25) and will be held in the 7th floor lounge of Charles & Co. on Saturday, April 9, 2-3:30pm.
